Revision Policy

Even though every writer with Textun works tirelessly to provide each client with a perfect product, there will be times when modifications are necessary. If the content does not meet your expectations or if you discover any errors, our policy is to make all revisions necessary at no cost to you until you are completely satisfied!

  • The request for editing must include details of what exactly needs to be revised in the content, in as much detail as possible.
  • We need to get all the instructions from you prior to writing the articles. The request for editing must be based on the original instructions and guidelines that you provided when you made the order. We will revise the content in the event that we missed any instructions or requirements that you originally provided or if there are any errors in the content we supplied.
  • If you ask us to revise the content based on instructions that are different from the original instructions, or requirements that were not included in the original order, this would not be considered a revision; it would be considered a new order and you would need to pay for it.
  • We must receive all requests for revisions within five business days of your receipt of the articles. After five business days, your order would be considered to be approved.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been assigned to one of our staff, it is considered “in process” and we cannot offer any refund.

We also do not accept returns as we deliver our products digitally and tailor them specifically to each individual client; hence, we cannot use them for other clients.
